Comments:
went goff road upper lower drive route, thewn did a two mile loop in the gravel pitts. felt good for the most part. i was a little tight in some areas. other than that it was a good hard run. i went swimming after the run with a few people. when i got back up to the house i did 10 min of abs with ricia and ttea.
