Ran the Tuesday long sprint workout at the outdoor track. Really pretty weather.

Workout was 323-232-323. 90s rep rest, 4 minutes set rest. Targets were 52-55 for the 3's and 32 for the 2's.

Splits: 54.6, 32.5, 53.1; 34.1, 51.4, 32.5; 52.0, 33.8, 52.1 for average 300 of 52.0 and an average 200 of 33.2.

Cooled down back to Veale, saw Mitchell on the way.

Swam, then lifted.
