Long Run

On the Big BIG Loop solo; couldn't convince anyone to join me.

To clarify the route, it was through campus (bumped into JFK, MH and MS as they finished their workout of 3 x Long Pond) through the Health Science, up Thorburn Rd, left onto Sunshine Camp, through St. Philips, around Windsor Lake, passing by Airport Heights, onto the Grand Concourse trails, onto Kent's Pond, passing confederation bldg and down the Hill, down Merrymetting, through the Lions park trails because of construction, and then up Newtown Rd.

I stupidly reset my watch as I left Airport Heights but I think I'm pretty close on the time and distance. Felt pretty good the whole time. Never stopped at the store this time, instead I drank from Windsor Lake twice. No movements either.
