Rec Center Lift

Made this one up on the spot and got right into it. It was tough at times but I felt a pretty good pump. Arms were sore afterwards. I was in and out pretty quick, so the run didnt feel all that interrupted.

3 Sets of:
Bench dips x15
Seated DB Shoulder Press x15 (20 lbs)
Seated DB Biceps Curl x15 (20 lbs)
Pushups x15

The pushups were the hardest part, trying to keep good form. I want to incorporate more lifts to strengthen my lower back, since that will help with form while running, and overall strength. Lifting upper body just looks cool, but I dont feel all that much stronger while running.
