Comments:
Meet day - first 6k race
23:15, 31st place - I am not exactly disappointed in my performance but I know I could have run faster
Those negative thoughts just get in the way during the middle k's and I have to find a way to block them out so I can PR big
One positive is that I went through the 5k in 19:15 which is a 5 second PR - on the hilliest, toughest course we've run, I'll take that
Ready to break 19 in Arkansas. I know I can do it as long as I work on blocking out the "cant's" that come during the middle of the race
