Comments:
My condition had worsened by Saturday night and I had a fever and the chills throughout Sunday. Monday I came to school only in the afternoon, but today was I back at it--at least in part. Others did a workout at AU and on Sedgewick and I did 40 steady minutes down Mass to Westmoreland Circle, to Western to Chevy Chase Circle to Connecticut to Nebraska to Chesapeake to Wisconsin, followed by two laps around the block and 1:30 on the treadmill to round things out. I never really got into a rhythm because I hit several lights and noticed the cough a little bit, but otherwise my legs felt fine. 1:30 planks, leg lifts, 2x70 dead bugs, 2x20 super-people.
