Comments:
We took Wisconsin into Georgetown. I was with the usual people, but past the Russian embassy we ended up on opposite sides of the street, leaving me with only Zeke, Tristan and Kravitz. My legs were fine, breathing subpar. I felt like I was working harder than I should have been. At the beginning of practice: 1:30 planks, leg lifts, 30 pushups. I did eight, quality striders which did not feel particularly good. Important speech from Anthony today on setting the team tone and static stretches.
