Comments:
This morning I ran 8 miles at about 1.03.42- I was very tired but it felt good to push through and at the end I took Coach Heathers advice and slowly picked it up at the last 1/2 mile, it was fun! I did 9 min of core and abs and 50 arm swings and 3x30 leg lifts.
