Comments:
Chill run today. Hit up the classic Forest Hills loop. Still not feeling quite with it, but today was certainly an improvement over yesterday. Med ball also sucked the least it ever has. Kind of inconvenient that it's at the end of my season, right when I'm about to take my time off.
