Comments:
I felt good on this run expect for my calves. Ever since we did around the block they have been so tight and they felt like they were on fire today. I had to stop a little after 5 miles to stretch them cause they just hurt so bad. I decided to finish the run after I stopped so my time might be a little off. Did strides and a half mile after. Also got new shoes today so maybe that's my legs were tight? Idk going to ice and stretch a lot today
