Comments:
long run past riverfront park to cent trail, down switchback hill over bridge to riverside hill, into downtown back around mccarthy. no stops even riverside hill. riverside hill took a lot of juice out but no stops including traffic. felt strong before hill, strong headwind blowing east. legs hurt at end but felt in zone. carried water bottle with me. drills (or tried) afterwards
