Exercise Type: Weights

Columbus Day, or Indigenous People Day, or just another day to go into lab and work haha. I went in the afternoon and stayed to go to the gym around 4. Started with warm up then did free weights upstairs, then a med ball circuit in the courts. I miss the med ball circuit those were real tough and always at the end of the downstairs lift. Glad I can start incorporating again. Lift was:
3 sets of:
Standing DB Shoulder Press x20 (20 lbs)
Bench Dips x20
1 Arm DB Upward Row x20 (20 lbs)
Pushups x20
3 sets of:
Front Medball Toss x20 (10 lbs)
Side Medball Toss x20 (10 lbs)
Reverse Medball Toss x20 (10 lbs)
Pushups at the end of the upstairs lift were real tough I was struggling. Arms were tired at that point. Lower back a little sore after the med ball circuit too. I tried to stretch it out though at the end of the workout. Otherwise arms just sore, but feeling good and worked out. Gym was pretty empty today. Everyone out celebrating Columbus Day, how ever you do that...
