30 min in the morning, 30 min at night
Split it up because I felt sore after weights this morning, plus I tripped and fell on the sidewalk, not only skinning my knees but CRACKING MY PHONE SCREEN GRRRRRRRRRRR
Was having a terrible day, but then I went to Volunteer orientation and I am actually really excited for it, which is surprising.
My second run was amazing. Felt like I was flying and dipped well under 7 min for the last two miles. Overall pace for entire run was 7 min flat - can't wait until every run, even long runs, will be at this pace.
