Exercise Type: Bike

It rained all day today, and my ankle was pretty sore. Made it feel kinda gloomy. No one was home when I got home so I just hung around and watched TV for a while, then headed back into campus to go to the gym. It actually worked out pretty well. I did a short workout. The weights were busy and at the time I didnt really feel like lifting. I just wanted a bike and stretch out a little bit. Felt really good biking. It was tough w/ no iPod and I couldnt see anything without my glasses. I was getting bored near the end but legs felt good and ankle was good as well. Havnt biked that long in a while. 40 mins used to be my standard cardio room workout.
Essentials: Stretch
Did medball first in the gym. Happy I remembered that I really enjoy it. Wasnt a great workout I think its more beneficial at the end of a lift. Have to work that in. Still it was something. Stretch afterwards felt fine. Leg feel good, but ankle it still real tender, it will probably take a week or so to simmer down. Didnt feel completely worked out after this trip to the gym. just been stressed out in this waiting period for the 5k and the proposal. Once that is done its on to the next step, and less stress.
