Comments:
Did Thursday's long sprint workout at Oberlin before the meet: 4x300 @ 49-53with 4 minutes recovery. Wet and chilly so this was a little more challenging than I expected.

Split 49, 50, 50, 51

Then I ran around a lot during all four races so my legs were pretty beat by the end of the day.

Glad I came out to watch, really love seeing people putting everything they have out there. Definitely some impressive races. Good alumni turnout too which was nice.
