Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Went up to the 3rd floor. It was deserted so I could do all my exercises. Workout was
3 sets of:
Seated DB Shoulder Press x20 (20 lbs)
Bench Dips x20
Seated DB Bicep Curl x20 (20 lbs)
DB Pushups x10 (12 lbs)
This lift was tough I was really feeling it, and it felt good. DB pushups were the hardest havnt done them in a while and its hard to keep the form. Felt strong throughout though. Upper body is feeling really worked, But I want to get my lower (abs, back) stronger because that helps with running. Just havnt gotten around to doing those sets yet. Now is the time though, I can pick my training back up.
