At 6:38pm I took Military to Lorcom to Lee to George Mason to Yorktown to 26th to Military, back up 31st, a classic loop. It took a Herculean effort of self-restraint not to turn this into a full-fledged tempo, I was feeling so good, so confident, running with such good form and thinking about the next three weekends. But I managed to follow Caroline Gottlieb's advice to run and not "let running happen to you." 51 pushups and 200 crunches at home.
