Comments:
After my short jog I did an easy session on the elliptical machine to try and get some minimal amount of workout in.
Right after that I decided I needed to make a visit to health services to make sure nothing serious is wrong with me. After a couple hours and a stool sample, they determined it was probably just food poisoning.
