more elliptical. did 10x1min on, 1min off. it was a nice aerobic effort. the first time i do anything stressful will be next tuesday when i run a local 5k. i feel like i'm still in pretty good shape right now. my core is pretty solid and i'm going to keep working on that a lot right now since i'm still restricted in my running.
