Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Clear dece wind mid 70s

Comments:
Ran after work. Was gonna meet up with some of the other metallurgists from work to kick a ball around in a field by my apartment. So I left work a little early for this run. Im steeling myself for when daylight savings time ends in a few weeks and it'll be pitch dark when I leave work everyday.

Run was actually quite good. Feeling more and more like myself every day. This is very suprising to me as it's took at least twice as long to get back to feeling like this the last serious block of training that I put in. I think it has to do with buliding up slow. In the past I feel like I've jumped up to running an hour before I should have. Taking it pretty slow this time.

First run on the 40 minute course. Now that I'm back logging I'm thinking of mapping the courses and begining to time things. I dislike all the empty spaces on my logs now. We need some numbers in there!

EDIT: Did go back and measuere. Still don't know if I'm gonna time but at least I know how far the run is now, and I can track weekly mieage.
