Weather: 50s, rainy

Comments:
30 pushups, 1:30 planks and leg lifts then it was over to Friendship Park and AU for a four-mile tempo with Zeke, Tristan, Aidan and Jackson, Mr. Belber style. I was anticipating a speed workout, but was equally, if not more excited for this. Anthony told Jackson and me to run at 6:30 pace, which I actually thought about doing until we started and I just ran it at 6:00 and under the whole time. I daresay it was disappointingly easy. We were going to run a 200m when a massive, horizontal lightning bolt flickered, more rain came and we were stuck inside the Center for Global Peace for half an hour, cheated out of our run back to school. During this time I did six-inches, flutters and scissors for one-minute and 3x15 pushups.
