Weather: Twilight, plesant, not too much wind, nice temps
Comments:
Ran after ad hoc food shopping, when I travel for the weekend if throws off my food schedule so I kinda just bought random things. Not the best thing to do probably.
Was feeling really tired and run down when I got out for this run. Turned out alright though. Another sign of progress probably, that even though I feel shitty when I start the run manages to cheer me up. Hoppefully I'll get back to sleeping well now and everything will go back to normal.
Downloaded an app on my way home to track distance on my runs. So I now know how long the runs are. I guess if I'm gonna log I might as well know where exactly I'm at compared to the past.
