Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Gym mostly deserted, expect for prospective tours and visiting parents. They walk so slowly! Get out of the way yo! Anyways mixed it up a little, brought in some exercises I havnt done in a while.
Straight Leg Deadlift 3x10 (bar)
Box Step up 3x10 each leg (25 lbs)
Seated DB Shoulder Press 3x10 (20 lbs)
Front DB Shoulder Raise 3x10 (20 lbs)
Mix of upstairs and downstairs. I like getting the leg and back strength in. Hammy felt a little over worked on the box step ups. Deadlifts felt good though. Squats and deadlifts are bread and butter for lifting and I actually like them. Just wish the racks were open more.
