This one was nasty.



1st one was like five different kinds of pushups
200m jog recovery
2nd one was a bit easier
200m jog recovery
3rd one was mostly abs


circuits had plank to pushup, burpees, mountain climbers, wall sits, med ball twists, other fun stuff.
8 minutes rest, 200m fastish
