Gym was pretty sparse today. I did a lot of different things. Not all that hard but it worked a lot of different areas.

2 sets of:
Medball front toss x10 (12 lbs)
Medball side toss x10 (12 lbs)
Medball back toss x10 (12 lbs)
Rocket Jump x10
Pushups x10

2 sets of:
DB Lateral Shoulder raise x10 (20 lbs)
Bench Dips x10 (20 lbs)
DB Shoulder press x10 (20 lbs)

3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlifts x10 (40 lbs)

Havnt done something like rocket jumps in a while, and it made my quad a little funky. One of the reasons I went back upstairs to do some other lifts. Nice to be back in the gym.
