Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nice run out to campus and back. Went through town then back on the bike path. Felt real good on the way out actually. It was really really windy out, but temp was ok. I wore pants yesterday, and hats and gloves today, but didnt really need the gloves. Lots of traffic because of a lacrosse tournament. I was running faster than most of the cars. On the way back went much slower. IDK if it was the lift, but my legs just hit the wall and felt very heavy. I just cruized along at a real easy pace till I got back.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roller
Stretch and stick roller for my quad which still felt a little strained. Ankle was hurting most of the way back. Ouch. Its hard to get the appropriate rehab in without the facilities and the time, but I really want to focus on doing more strength at home so that it doesnt hurt anymore.
Also I feel like people need to step their logging game up! I havnt seen too many updates. Dont get lazy on your logs, after working on it all season. Plus its championship season...
