Ran the long sprint workout prescribed for Tuesday as a Schmuhl special.
2x broken 500's (300 @ 50-52, 60s r, 200 @ <30, 8 min set rest); 1x broken 300: (200 @ 32, 60s r, 100 fast)
Splits: 49.8, 29.8, 50.2, 31.1, 34.0, 14.4
I still have some endurance left but my legspeed is sorely lacking right now. Gotta really work on explosive strength and turnover to get me top speed to the point where doing work at 27 second pace is realistic. Right now that'd be near all out.
