Comments:
We played a half-hour round of foxes and hounds at Ft. Reno, with Erkin as the original hound. He tagged me in dubious fashion not nine minutes into it, jumping out of a bush. I went on to tag Morgan, Caitlin, Paula, Carl and Jared G. The hamstring is still unhappy, but I had a few accelerations as well as slightly prolonged chases that did not cause any problems. Anthony said I would have to treat this aggressively on a long-term basis, but that it would fare fine on Saturday. 1:45 planks, leg lifts.
