Comments:
Improvised route at 3:30pm with Aidan, Tristan , Zeke, Jackson around Massachusetts Avenue and Spring Valley. I felt incredibly sluggish and afraid that this feeling will linger for the rest of the week due to the Sunday long run. Aidan, Tristan, Jackson and I did the following strength work afterwards: 25 Peter Silverman mountain climbers, first set of crunch progression for a minute, 20 push-ups, 20 triplet style side crunches per side, flutter kicks for 45 second, 120 ultimate crunches and pushup game to eight (36).
