Comments:
With the majority of the regionals team: We took Glover to BK to AU to see David, Aidan and not-coach doing the workout then took an extended back way, followed by the pushup game to eight, 2:00 plank, burpees, flutter kicks, 20 Peter Silverman mountain climbers 20 lunges and 20 calf raises. I felt much better than expected and was not happy with all the unnecessary stops. Could have been in a better mood today, but the past two days have been exhausted and ravenously hungry all the time.
