Comments:
Good run after getting home. Kinda ran around sunset. It was dark by the time I got to the mall though. Started out slow and worked into it. You can really get rolling on the Rail Trail, especially in the dark. Saw a few ninjas out on the path, but it was pretty deserted. It was kinda cold out. Not freezing, but its getting chilly (Not as bad as Buffalo though!) Felt strong looping around the mall then slowed down a little once I got onto the Rail Trail again. I really picked it up with around a mile left. Felt pretty good def negative split. Always amazes me how running after a long day in lab feels so good.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch in the living room when I got back. College basketball is starting off! Tip Off Marathon all day. We hosted a game today and I watched it in my office at lunch time. It was a thriller into OT. Pleased with what I saw. I hope this team will be a lot of fun to watch this season. We want to make a name for ourselves on the national stage. Anyways legs and ankles feel pretty good afterwards. Felt the whole body workout on the run today. Upper body is feeling stronger.
