I had a lovely outing to the Wilson pool with most of the regionals boys plus M.I. We tried to plan something for everyone, but all ended up doing slightly different things. I was coughing MUCH less today, but it's not all gone. During the warmup, I felt awful, but after obtaining some goggles from the staff, I figured out the form. It went something like this:
200m freestyle warmup
4x100m freestyle, on-off 50s
100m with kick-board
100m easy free style
100m freestyle slightly faster
2x50m "tempo"
200m easy freestyle
Strong 100m freestyle
1xHottub with teammates
This was quite enjoyable and satisfying for some reason, but it's back to the old grind tomorrow.
