Got in a good run on campus today. It felt like a ghost town today. There was no one around really in the labs. In the afternoon I got kinda bored and couldnt stay focused. Have been chugging along pretty well though in the lab. Needed a good run today. Ran up to Puffers and back. It was really dark out there, head lamp helped, but I still had to go slow on the path so I didnt trip. I also veered off it a few times. The falls were nice tonight. On the way back I picked it up a little. Right at North Amherst, I almost ran into a F.O.B. He must have not seen my light. Scared the crap outta me, WTF dude... after that got moving real good again, added on through campus and ended at the gym to lift.

After lifting, didnt really stretch, and ran back to the parking lot. Took it easy.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched when I got home. I was a little sore, but it felt great to get my legs stretched out after running and lifting. They feel pretty good. I felt very strong and fast today, even if the pace wasnt that great. It was mostly because I couldnt see much out tonight.
