Got there right around the busy time. Lots of people. I undressed and went right up to the free weights. Got in a pretty solid lift, working specific areas. Been a while since I have been in the gym and it was good to be back. Workout was
3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (50 lbs)
3 sets of:
Goblet Squat x10 (30 lbs)
3 sets of:
Seated DB Shoulder Press x10 (20 lbs)
3 sets of:
Bench Dips x10
No supersets or whatever, just went from one thing to the other and it worked out well. Didnt get hung up waiting for a certain weight or a bench that way. Really like working the back, knees felt a little creaky on the squats. You can always work on squatting form.
