Comments:
Planned on setting a pace around 7:15 and I tried very hard to go slow my first lap around the lake. Instead my first loop was 33 min and my second was 32.5 minutes so I was clipping at a pretty good pace. I was pretty exhausted after this run and my legs took most of the day to recover. Ran the last 2 miles w/ Matt Jacob and Will Appman
