Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Really warm today, definitely shorts weather. Ran around 2 out to the gym, took the bike path on the way out. Felt ok took the pace naturally. Shins were a little tight and legs slightly heavy, but I kept plugging along in the nice weather. On the way back, ran through town. Fit an errand in and I stopped at CVS to pick up my prescription. I was still in the running mood, and couldnt remember my phone number for my CVS card. That was kinda embarrassing.. Anyways just ran right home after the quick stop. Had a good pace on the way home legs felt a lot better actually.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a quick stretch when I got back. Arms are sore, legs just tired feeling. Good workout today though.
