The Shell up SW Bike Path to Commonwealth and back (alone), up Monroe around Edgewood to Mills to Regent back (with Running Club), back home, out Sherman for an extra mile and back to Gorham (alone)-
Tonight was the running club pizza night and I had group meeting right before, so I didn't get a chance to get enough miles in beforehand and had to add on after eating pizza. It actually ended up pretty decently. I had some minor cramps but was okay otherwise. Maybe it was only due to severely lowered expectations but it seemed as though my stomach actually did better after the pizza. Perhaps I should consider eating three pieces of pizza immediately before every run.
