Been a while since I have been in the gym. I could tell. Nice to get back but I took it kinda on the easy side. Went in, got it done, then headed out. Workout was

2 sets of:
Seated DB side raises x10 (20 lbs)
Seated DB Shoulder press x10 (20 lbs)
DB lateral raises x10 (20 lbs)

3 sets of:
Straight leg dead lift x10 (50 lbs)

Ace 50

Shoulders were tough that felt like a lot even though thats what I usually do. My back is sore from when I sneezed last night in my bed and tweaked a muscle in my back, but after the deadlifts it felt strong and worked out. I put abs in there to balance out the back workout. Been a while since I have done abs but it was pretty standard.
