Comments:
Nice kind of run today. Went out from my dorm out by northpark. Stopped to stretch at the turnaround and my calves were the tightest they've ever been in my life. Maybe I should have gone for a token run yesterday. Oh well. Also saw a lady getting mad at her dog for barking at another dog. It was kinda funny. "NO", "YOU KNOW BETTER", "ABSOLUTELY NO" etc.
Tacked on a few quick strides on the turf. Lots of fun.
