Comments:
4 x 5 min stadiums with 2 minutes of intensive ab work as "rest". Whose idea was that?
Slow start, but I ultimately felt much better about this workout than I thought I would given how ridiculously sore I was from Tue morning! Becca! (me yelling into the sky with my fists clenched.) Still I wasn't among the ranks of those warriors opting to run a 5th set.
