The Shell on Dayton around the Capital along John Nolen to the SW Bike Path (with Running Club), basketball, then home (alone)-

The route tonight is one that's nice for a little jog but not great for a workout as it had way too many stoplights. Afterward I played basketball, which I am terrible at, and in doing so pulled a muscle in my back. I managed to jog/hobble home at the end. Time will tell the effects of this.
