Rec Center Lift

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Shed my layers off then got to the bench. Stache keeps coming in real nice, and without my glasses its the only real good feature I can see on my face in the mirror. Legit. Workout was:

4 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (60 lbs)

3 sets of:
Goblet Squat x10 (30 lbs)

Ibis 20

Deadlifts were amazing back felt really great afterwards. Abs countered that and were pretty good, especially since I dont do them much. I was tired at the gym though spaced out a fair bit. Its gonna be closed/limited hours once the dorms close so thats sad. It was pretty empty today also.
