Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Feeling burnt out in the afternoon. I dont have any finals or assignments for a class, but still feels like finals week... Since im out of light, I wanted to actually run before it got dark so I went home earlier and ran right when I got back. Really sore from yesterdays lift, and I wasnt really looking forward to running. Went out on Rail Trail, up University to Amity, then Prospect over to Triangle, down Dickinson and along campus back home. Nice route actually the hills were tough but I felt pretty strong up them actually. Ankle didnt feel good today, very tight. Just ran through it though. Legs overall were heavy as well but I kept pushing it. Once again, dont regret going for a run, only skipping one. As I got home, it got pretty dark so good timing. I stepped in basically every puddle possible, but good thing I had on the GTX.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

I was the only one home so I just stretched out. Didnt really help the soreness. Rolling did, ITs were tight even though they felt fine while running.
