GRIFFIN came to practice today and gave me my first piece of Williams swag, a purple T-shirt with gold writing. We ran a Pseudo-Geico loop with the boys distance team. Charlie sprained his ankle at the 20-minute mark at the intersection of River and Western, so while Zeke and the Colaizzii took care of him, I took everyone else down Western to 49th to Chesapeake. I still feel out of shape, but not pitiful. Planks for 45 seconds, 10 plank leg lifts, 25 pushups.
