Comments:
I ran to the In-shape gym and performed an upper body work-out with 7 stations and then ran back home. I utilized the Ab-Crunch @ 3*20 & 50lbs, The incline press @ 3*10 @100lbs, preacher curls @ 3*10 & 50 lbs, Pectoral machine at 3*50lbs. chin-up /pull -up machine and then did the calf raises.
