Weather: mid-40s
Comments:
Easy 4-mile warm-up outside plus 4 strides. Felt some L pelvic-glute jabs but not bad.
The mile repeats felt much better this time: the HR still went upper 160s to low 170s, but the stride felt easier and the effort not so bad. I felt a BIT of the cold air asthma effect (cold air + stagnant = Eugene winter), but otherwise good. Had to stretch out my ankles after the first rep...may have to go back to taping.
Ran in the new Blue N1s.
