Got to catch up on sleep today. Ran around 2ish because I didnt want to go in the dark. It was pretty shitty out today. Wet rainy and cold. Started out ok since I didnt run yesterday, just getting my legs back under me. The hills were tough but I felt pretty good up them actually. Kept cruizing up. Must have picked up the pace a little on the way down. Pretty boring run overall not much going on around South Hill, but good to get in the miles after sitting in the car yesterday. I didnt really want to run today but did it.

Standard stretch, legs feeling fatigued afterwards.
