To IHS and back

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Had a lot of energy right before running. It was pretty cold out and I didnt have my warmest layers on, but I soon warmed myself up. Flat route, went over to Albany, ran all the way down to Cayuga then ran over to the track. It was locked so came back home down Linn St, Aurora and up past the police station. Felt pretty good today while running I think the pace was good. Some kids were by the rocks stretching, pretty sure they were the XC team. Didnt look like Coach B was around so I didnt stop, but now I am tempted to run by again and ask them. Started to get dark on the way home but I made it back before sunset.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched sporadically when I got back. Honestly legs feel pretty sore and weak. Foot was a little tight as well while running. Shoes just felt stiff.

Run was a tad under 4.5 wish the track was openn to add on.
