Weather: overcast, little muggy, little rain, 70

Comments:
1st 20 miler of the season! Definitely some lingering ITB tightness on the left side, need to get into Erik's this week early for treatment and perhaps need to switch up to a support trainer from the neutrals. Last mile was rough, kinda spacing out mentally. Burned through 28oz in the camelbak and 4 oz of HammerGel.
Friend told me to try Hammer Nutritions Perpetuem, maybe that will help. It's for anything over 2 hours, which this would qualify.
