Comments:
I got out on a late night run last night and it was oh so nice being back and getting active. Not running consistently for a couple weeks just reminds me how much I value it as part of my day. Since I was so excited, I pushed the pace a bit and felt in control but definitely with lots of room to build back up. And, I'm so looking forward to running in Hawaii soon!
